 Recalled for braking problems
Toyota Motor Corporation announced that they will be recalling some 200,000 units of their flagship model the Prius. This would be a major blow to the brand of the Japanese brand especially with the fact that the Prius is seen as one of their signatures for being eco-friendly and according to them, has a problem with the braking system.

Korean car maker has launched a micro-website to kick off their marketing programs under their 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa campaign. As one of the official partners of the biggest sports event in the world set to take place in South Africa in June this year, Hyundai is proud to be associated with FIFA as one of the sponsors.

Another car brand from China would make its way to our roads soon as Berjaya Corporation Berhad announced that they are planning to set up a manufacturing plant in Malaysia with BYD Auto Company Ltd. Berjaya and BYD signed a Memorandum of Understanding to manufacture the Chinese carmaker’s 1 liter right hand drive FO models for the local and regional markets.
